DAVID ARNOLD (string and brass arrangements)

a Luton lad, David has won a Grammy and several BMI Awards for his film scores for INDEPENDENCE DAY, TOMORROW NEVER DIES and THE WORLD IS NOT ENOUGH as well as writing and recording "Play Dead" for BJORK, "The World Is Not Enough" for GARBAGE, and the James Bond tribute album Shaken and Stirred with contributions from PROPELLERHEADS, JARVIS COCKER, and IGGY POP

A north London boy and former drummer with NIGHTNURSE

In addition to his underground rock credentials, Alex's teacher was Clifford Jarvis, legendary drummer for the likes of Charlie Parker, Freddie Hubbard and Sun Ra

  

SIMON DAWSON (piano)

a Rockfield regular, respected producer of THE STONE ROSES and PULP and handy with a keyboard

KATY ORTON (cello)

from Chepstow, Wales and currently studying after last orders at Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music. She and her brother, Chris, are inadvertent founding members of the NagString Quintet.

FELIKS TABIS (violin)

a resident of south Wales, Feliks has confounded everyone from Django Jazz duos to major rock bands with his fiddling skills and the spelling of his name

JONNY QUICK (assistant engineer/backing vocals)

a resident of Ragland, relocated from London, Jonny is vocalist for THE DRAGONFLIES and does what Nick tells him to when and if he feels like it.

 

KATY DANN (backing vocals)

from the Welsh mining towns, Katy is currently recording demos for her debut album with Nick and Jonny. She is a force to be reckoned with.

discovered on a desperate pub crawl through Monmouth, Wales, CHRIS and KATY ORTON, HANNAH NEWCOMB, JAMES ST. HILL, and their teacher SIR PAUL MINT have a lot of explaining to do to the Boys and Girls School authorities in Monmouth.
